Gerard Gjertsen

Mr. Gjertsen graduated from Gettysburg College and New York Law School. His practice concentrations are in the fields of estate planning, probate and administration of estates and real estate. In 1991, Mr. Gjertsen opened his Manhattan law office, The Law Offices of Gerard Gjertsen. In 2011, Mr. Gjertsen also joined the firm of Lampert Toohey & Rucci based in New Canaan, Connecticut as an Of Counsel partner where he runs the Wills, Trusts and Estates practice. Mr. Gjertsen is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Texas.

Arthur Zinn

Mr. Zinn graduated from Yale College and New York University School of Law. Beginning in 1990, Mr. Zinn worked on a wide variety of complex litigation and entertainment law-related matters at major law firms in New York City. Since 2015, he has been Of Counsel at Lampert, Toohey & Rucci based in New Canaan, Connecticut. In 2019, Mr. Zinn became an Of Counsel member of the Law Offices of Gerard Gjertsen, representing clients in complex estate litigation and corporate matters.
